Spend-a-holic

So, I thought I was doing well. I hadn't gone shopping for just over a week...until ASOS sent me an email.

'FREE next day delivery'

Oh, thanks for that!

Off I pop onto their website, and with The Big Chill creeping up, i convince myself I need a new crop top. Oh, and maybe a pair of over the knee socks...

So, with the free delivery on my side, the grand total was only £20! I love a good buy.

This beautiful, white cotton crop could be worn with jeans to wear it everyday. You wouldn't want to wear a statement necklace with this, as the ruffles (which, by the way, are very 'in' at the moment) would complicate the look too much. The black jeans against the white top really enhance your tan.

or maybe with some denim shorts and knee high socks to spice things up! I'm going to wear this at The Big Chill!
(I'd wear my navy Hunters with this, but left them at a friends! You get the idea...)

With that over, I have promised myself I will not spend for at least 2 weeks.

OH! Hang on. A Topshop sale. Maybe after the sale ;)

Festival-istaaa

Festivals have finally approached, weheeyy, and for all those fashion lovers, it's just a perfect time to be experimenting with the wardrobe.

Unfortunatly, English weather isn't what I like to call 'lovely' or 'predictable', infact it's the opposite. Resulting in overpacking; just incase its bright and sunny, or cold and wet.

Ever since Kate Moss faced Glastonbury Music Festival in 2005 and paired black Hunter wellies with hot pants, festival fashion went crazzyyy.

A Festival must have...

And if you really want to blow the budget...JIMMY CHOO HUNTERS?! SINCE WHEN?!!!

I'd pair my Navy Hunters (preferably Jimmy Choo, but i guess i can't have everything) with a cocktail dress. Using my new favourite site polyvore.com I created this...

I'm loving the yellow pouch bag; summery and very in. That is something to add to my birthday list...

This I love too, the classic denim shorts and checkered shirt is chic and fashionable but makes you look like you haven't spent much time thinking the outfit through...which, obviously, you haven't...

I'm off to The Big Chill and truely cannot wait!! However, I'm slightly concerned at the fact that I will not be showering for 4 days....4 days!
Lots of dry shampoo and baby wipes for me then...

Outfit of the Day

I'm listening to Eminem at the moment - quite the contrary to my outfit of the day. I'm liking it.I always like to inject colour into my outfits, however this one i clearly didn't. But the main focus was on layering and texture.

- Black Camisole - Primark £1.50
- Cream Viscose overall - Topshop £18 (I think, but it was definitely cheap for an item from Topshop)
- Tan Belt - Accessorize Sale item but many duplicates found in New Look etc.
- Plait Bodycon Mini Skirt - Topshop £25
- Mad Hatter necklace - Accessorize Sale Item, normally £5
- Gladiator Heels - my mums!

This could be worn for almost anyth
ing, an interview, a regular day at work, or even just nipping into town - which is how I wore it. The colours are neutral so it won't offend a winters day.
The structure of the cream top would compliment mainly those with a smaller bust because the 'm' shaped bra line emphasises that area. Woo!

The cute necklace works perfectly with the black.
Be warned, the bodycon skirt is very fitting, so be cautious o
f that VPL!*
And as for the shoes...well do i need to expand?

I just added a Navy jacket (H&M) for warmth, but obviously that is optional and you could partner it with a boyfriend blazer and look as equally sophisticated!

Man, i love high street fashion!

*VPL - Visible Panty Line!!

Hello.

Well, here goes...

I am Molly, a normal teenage girl who has a slight obsession with anything fashion - and hence my username, i love Vogue!
Fashion is my passion and I have created this blog just to share with you 'Outfits of the Day', new favourite items and fashion related stories.
With the current climate, I know it can be a drag going shopping and then realizing how much you have spent - I have done that severel times, but fortunately, fashion doesn't have to come with a giant price tag! (And as Vogue rightly call their monthly high street photoshoot 'More Dash Than Cash' - aren't they clever?)

I hope you enjoy, and feel free to comment :)
